Air pollution is one of the biggest environmental problems worldwide – particulate matter, nitrogen oxides and ozone are harmful to health and the climate. Giant Posters coated with titanium dioxide break down pollutants directly from the air when exposed to light. A 100m² poster coated with The Pure can contribute as much to air purification in just 12 (light) hours as seven mature deciduous trees.

How does The Pure work?
With the help of light energy, the titanium dioxide coating in The Pure activates pure oxygen from the ambient air, which decomposes all organic deposits on the coated surface through oxidation (“cold combustion”). The coating does not wear out as it only serves as a catalyst. Photocatalysis starts as soon as light hits the coating. The Pure is non-toxic and harmless to humans and the environment.
