Transparent governance as the basis for sustainable corporate management
As a subsidiary of the Ströer Group, blowUP media is also subject to reporting requirements under the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). In addition to environment and social issues, governance is one of the three pillars (ESG) of sustainability reporting.
Within the framework of the CSRD, we attach great importance to transparency and accountability in our corporate governance. We follow Ströer’s governance principles and have integrated them into our own processes. In this way, we ensure that integrity, ethical conduct and sustainability are firmly anchored in our actions and that the trust of our stakeholders is strengthened.
